NC Autism Wake County Chapter Resource Fair

3-C Family Services, PA, is a proud partner of the NC Autism Wake County Chapter Resource Fair that will be held tomorrow from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Resurrection Lutheran Church in Cary, NC.

Top 5 Mental Health Twitter Accounts

3-C Family Services may be a new face on Twitter,  but we certainly hope to someday have others look at us as information leaders when it comes to mental health.

We know that the following Twitter accounts have already achieved that status. At 3-C, we find ourselves checking out what they are sharing about mental health in our Twitter feed on a daily basis. You can also get some great information by checking out the hashtag #mentalhealth while logged in.

5 Signs Your Child May Be Struggling in School

It’s important to always pay attention to our children. Not only to what they are saying verbally, but to what they may be telling us through their day-to-day actions.

This is also important when it comes to how they are doing in school. It is difficult for parents to know when their children are struggling in school without paying close attention to verbal and nonverbal clues.

You child may want help and simply be unsure of how to ask for it. Or maybe they aren’t aware that they need help.

In order to avoid waiting on your child to ask for help, pay attention to these five signs your child may be struggling in school.
