Coronavirus/COVID-19


To our patients,

Like you, we have been continually monitoring the impact of Covid-19 and wanted to update you with important information about our practice.

3-C Family Services is considered an essential service.

First and foremost, your family's health is of utmost importance. We offer several choices in terms of future appointments as we try to adhere to advice from public health officials, as well as continue to serve your mental health needs.

If you have a scheduled appointment with one of our providers and you have experienced symptoms related to the onset of the virus (fever, cough, upper respiratory symptoms, flu-like symptoms), please do not come into the office.

Please review the following options and contact your individual provider directly to discuss further and make decisions about your care:

  1. 1. Keep your scheduled face-to-face appointment. We will ask that upon entering, you wash your hands in our patient bathroom. Please only select this option if you are symptom free and have not been in contact with anyone who is possibly symptomatic. We have temporarily removed toys and magazines from the waiting area.
  2. 2. Schedule a teletherapy appointment via a HIPAA-compliant platform with your provider. You will need to complete a teletherapy consent form.
  3. 3. Cancel your appointment at no penalty. Please call our main number to cancel your appointment.
